Apartament Glamour II

The views were heavenly, and I think we would have been very happy if the booking had actually worked out. Instead, at 8 PM we still had no idea where we would sleep, even though we were due to leave at 3 AM. Only a few hours before we set off for Kościelisko, we learned that the Glamour Apartment we had booked a month earlier was occupied. We were first moved to a place in another town, then the owner found another apartment in the same Kościelisko building. Once we arrived, though, it wasn't the one we'd agreed on. The owners were very nice, but the whole thing felt disorganized. I had to call three times to remind them about sending the deposit. Each time my wife answered and passed the phone to the owner after a short exchange. A resident had called a week before our holiday to ask when we would arrive, which made me uneasy. When I asked whether everything was all right or something had happened, I was told, “Yes, yes, there's a mistake.” We should have been told then that there was no apartment for us, so we could have made another plan. Instead, we were left scrambling.

We found the owner easy to communicate with, and the resident was very kind. The neighborhood is peaceful, with a bus stop nearby, and it took about 15 minutes by car to reach Zakopane city center. Our balcony looked out toward the Tatra Mountains. The apartment was very nice and had everything we needed, especially good for couples.

A lovely place for a relaxing break, with a view of the Tatra Mountains. The service was really friendly, and the apartment had everything we needed. Highly recommend! :)

We'd happily come back. The apartment was clean, with a mountain view, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The owners were so kind, and being able to pay by card was a real plus since that's still unusual in apartments.
