Apartamenty Butorowy Wierch

I loved Marzenie apartment, no. 35. It’s cozy, full of character, well equipped, and has a lovely terrace looking out over the mountains and greenery. A real find for me, and I’ll definitely be back. The building is stylish and beautifully set on a large landscaped plot, with a private stream and lots of greenery. You can barbecue or make a bonfire by the water, with views of Giewont and Czerwone Wierchy. Each apartment is privately owned, so they’re all different.

We’ve returned several times and have always left happy. The location is convenient, with a few grocery stores nearby, and the balcony has a beautiful mountain view. The apartments are well equipped, though some are starting to show wear and could use a refresh or a thorough cleaning.

I booked and paid for a room about two weeks before arriving, and got a reservation confirmation. On the day I was due to arrive, I also received an email with an entry code and contact details for collecting the key, but nobody contacted me. These are the apartments advertised as “Butorowy Residence” and “Słoneczny.” I got there at 5:30 PM and found only a caretaker, who told me, “Everything’s in the email.” There was no key. After several attempts to reach the person in charge, the “resident,” I found out the room was occupied and they knew nothing about my booking. That person was rude and raised their voice. In the end I got my money back and found another place to stay. I can’t give this zero stars, but I don’t recommend it at all. Best regards, Łukasz Boczkowski.
