We spent a few days here. The location was quiet and good, just a short drive from zakopane, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The assigned parking space for our room was very convenient. We had a good stay in the end, but we won't be back. The room issues were hard to overlook. Noise was horrible, and we could hear neighbors talking. Watching TV in the evening was out of the question, and after the first night I was thinking of leaving. The WiFi was a joke, constantly disconnecting or disappearing for ten minutes, so streaming or working remotely wasn't realistic. At breakfast, a basket was left outside around 8 each morning, but the food was cold. There was no option to have it later and get warm food. The kitchen was okay. In the bedroom, the wardrobe's sliding door mirror was cracked right next to the handle. The heating controls felt like they were from another planet: a remote with buttons 1-4, and at night we got either very hot or just cold. The bathroom was also a problem. There was no soap, only two not very large towels, and the shower drain was so poor that we stood in deep water. I believe the awful bathroom smell was caused by the drainage.

They let us check in early, which we appreciated. The location was good, breakfast was tasty and parking was convenient. The bedding wasn't in good condition, unfortunately: the blankets had yellow stains and the pillows were old. There was also a carpet by the bed that smelled stale. If you have allergies, that's unfortunate. I understand pets are allowed, but the old carpet is hard to clean afterward.

The staff were so helpful, thank you for everything. We enjoyed our stay a lot. The Aparthotel is close to the village's main road, with a grocery store nearby, and it's about a ten-minute drive to Zakopane center and the hiking trails. Breakfast arrived on time each morning and was as expected, with something different every day. There was laundry available, a nice outdoor playground and another indoor one on the second floor. We also really liked the outdoor jacuzzi and its view of the Tatra mountains.

There's a great coffee machine by reception, and the place itself is good. The bath looks lovely, but isn't practical. Breakfast could be much better, and it was a shame that the sauna and jacuzzi weren't working. It seemed like nobody was running them.

A local shop is just a two-minute walk away, handy if you need something for breakfast. Zakopane is about seven minutes by car when traffic is clear. Really good location.
