The breakfast was the only thing that saved our stay. We were there for two nights, from Friday to Sunday, and the problems we reported were never fixed. The room was supposed to have a mountain view, but looked out over fields. The sink faucet was broken and leaking, there was no hot water, and the shower was rusting. We were told someone would come, but nobody did. Instead, we were offered another night at a 20% discount, which didn’t help with our planned weekend trip. The mattress was badly worn. After the first night, nobody took out the trash, and we had to go downstairs for clean towels and toilet paper. The jacuzzi barely worked unless we hit the control panel hard. If this feature is advertised, I think it should work properly. Guests deserve to be treated with respect. For a similar price, you can rent a hotel on Krupówki Street. Here, it felt like nobody cared because other guests would come anyway, and I find that very unfair.

The rooms were very clean and breakfast was really good. Tatiana was polite and helpful, though we didn’t see any other staff. The spa is quite small and usually open from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. The resident made up for that by letting me use it after 10. The jacuzzi water was a bit too warm, and the sauna was a little too low with no way to adjust it. Still, I recommend the place.

This feels like misleading customers. The price on booking was lower, then after 24 hours I got a message saying the wrong amount had appeared during processing and that I had to pay the same amount again or cancel the room within 48 hours. A few days later, the lower price was still showing on booking.

The neighborhood and views were nice, and the food and spa were good. But the photos looked very different from the actual place. There was mold on the walls, silverfish in the bathroom and elsewhere, and a really bad smell from the water and sewage.
