A horrible experience. I booked flat number 6 through booking, and the reservation was non-refundable. I chose it based on the pictures, but when we arrived it was nowhere near as nice or clean. There were insects everywhere, and I have photos, though I don’t want to gross anyone out. The bed and pillows were worn out and uncomfortable, there was no AC, the lighting was so poor that it was very dark at night, and the heating didn’t work. The “view” they advertised was through a tiny 25cm window and two roof windows. You couldn’t really see or enjoy anything unless you leaned out with your head poking out and stood on your toes. My family and I weren’t happy, so I asked to be moved. They said the other flats were fully booked, which was fine. I then asked for a refund for about two days of my six-night reservation so we could find somewhere else, but they refused. How unprofessional. We left before our checkout date, and they ruined our experience.

I wouldn’t recommend staying here, and I’d avoid coming back at all costs. We had four days without proper heating in winter. The apartment looked nice, and it was surprisingly warm when we moved in, but the heat switched off as soon as we arrived. A few hours later it had become uncomfortably cold. There was also no power for several hours, the key code we were given at check-in was wrong, the house was poorly marked and hard to see in the dark, two doorknobs were coming off, and a lightbulb was burnt out. For four days we kept asking for help, but nothing was done. They repeatedly said a technician would arrive any minute. We never saw any sign that one came, and the heating problem in -7 Celsius winter weather was never dealt with. It felt like they were stringing us along and laughing off our complaints, expecting us to move out.

The balcony view was amazing, and the apartment was spacious. Check-in was easy with the key and door locker, there was plenty of parking, and the sauna was okay. A few things could be better: the coffee machine was really old and didn’t work, and the TV was too small. The pillows were alright but could be bigger and newer, as they can give you neck pain. The water pressure needs improvement too.

Everything else was okay, but the bathroom smelled bad. We were given a different room from the one we ordered, and the owner didn’t seem willing to suggest any way to fix the situation.
