The room itself was clean and functional, and most of the staff were friendly, though only a few spoke English, which made things harder as an international guest. The restaurant was the bright spot: the staff were friendly and smiling, and the soup was better than I expected. I was told at check-in around 5 pm that the spa was included, but nobody mentioned it closed at 6 pm. That left me about 30 minutes to use it, not counting check-in, and I wouldn't have booked or paid if I'd known. The hotel website doesn't list the spa hours, so for future guests: it closes at 6 pm on Saturdays and is closed all day Sunday. Ask specifically whether it'll be open. The basement "Klub" was disappointing, with few people, poor drinks, staff who seemed to know little or nothing about mixing drinks, and no interest in making the visit pleasant. This place suits people passing through who don't expect recreational activities during their stay. There are other nearby options, so I found this hotel poor value for money. Clear information about the pool hours would've made a big difference.

The surrounding area is lovely, with lots of pine woods and lakes. We only tried the food, though, and it was just okay, nothing special. It was cheap, and there seemed to be a reason for that. I wouldn't bother.

We came with my partner's parents, and both the service and food were excellent. The menu had a fantastic range, and everyone's meal was cooked just right.

The mobile data signal is weak around here. At the hotel, though, service was good, the rooms were comfortable, breakfast was decent, parking was free, and the WiFi worked well throughout.
