I’ve stayed here several times and had a great experience each time, so I’ll definitely return. The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant, and the service is very good, with polite, friendly people. The modern apartments are spacious, tidy, clean, and well equipped, with a balcony or terrace that makes the stay comfortable. I recommend it.

The owner is helpful and available to sort out things like arrival, departure, or extra beds for children. The location is handy, near shops and a gas station, and the area stays quiet even with apartment blocks around. In summer, the large terrace is a lovely place to sit in the evening. We’ve stayed a few times now, and the apartments have always been spotless, well maintained, and equipped with what we need. If you’re in Koszalin, we highly recommend staying here.

I’ve stayed here several times and always like coming back. It’s a dependable place, with a comfortable apartment that has everything needed for everyday living. Getting around the city is easy from this location, and the underground parking is a real plus when you’re travelling by car.
