The location is hard to beat, right in central Koszalin, about a minute from Pomeranian Dukes' Park and two minutes from the town hall. The bathroom is huge, with both a tub and a shower, and the kitchen has an induction hob, kettle, and microwave. There are two Smart TVs for things like Netflix and YouTube. My only real issue was the very soft mattress, which didn't suit me and affected my sleep. The shower silicone also looked moldy and needs replacing. Still, I'd happily recommend the apartment.

Everything is close at hand here: the philharmonic and amphitheater are just steps away, and you can reach the museum by the old defensive walls through the neighboring park. The Executioner's House is a little farther along. Across the street, the entrance to Pomeranian Dukes' Park leads to a striking fountain and a smaller one floating in the lake. From the window you can see the town hall and cathedral opposite. The apartment itself is lovely, clean, and tidy, with friendly staff and level parking.

Mr. Piotr, the problem came from an error by the booking.pl agent, so the complaint should go to them. The keys were already with guests who had rented the apartment through booking.pl before you arrived, so saying there were no keys is an exaggeration. This is the second time I've heard the same opinion from you. Your lack of competence seems to have left you frustrated enough to repeat the negative remarks. I hope you become more resourceful in life.

The location is good, but the dirt and the owner's attitude put me off. There weren't even basic things in the rooms. The owner knows there are pests and hasn't dealt with them, and didn't tell us before we arrived.
