They cancelled our booking on the day we were due to check in, without explaining why or even apologizing. We were driving around with a baby trying to find somewhere to stay because of their last-minute cancellation. The staff were rude and incompetent, avoid this place! One star is too generous, I'd give zero if I could.

I’d happily recommend this apartment. It was very clean and had all the equipment I needed.

We found the apartment cozy and clean, with everything we needed. They’d even left us coffee and cookies.

The 300 PLN deposit caught me off guard since I hadn’t noticed it was charged on top of the stay. They return it on check-out day, which is a plus, and maybe that’s normal for apartments in this class. I can’t remember. The place itself was very nice, warm, and clean, with a TV and Netflix, two parking options, good communication, and a coded key. It’s the Extra moon apartment at 3 Maja 14/Wróblewskiego 2.

The remote service was still very attentive, and the apartment was warm, comfortable, clean, and equipped with everything. The standard was very high for such an attractive price. I recommend it to everyone.
