The beds were comfortable, and the shower was excellent. Our bed apartment was well appointed and had a sauna, with pool facilities also available. It was a bit dark inside, but I’d generally recommend it.

We waited three hours to check in, and the people at the phone numbers they provided wouldn't help us. They called the next day, said they'd seen us on the camera and asked if we wanted to come back. We said no...

The room was spacious, but check-in felt disorganized and sketchy. Nobody was there when we arrived, and the whole setup seemed pretty unprofessional.

The location, rooms and service all got 10/10 from me. The rooms were excellent, and the place ticked every box, going beyond what I expected.

6/10
The apartment was spacious and had a sauna, but it was SO.HOT! We’d been moved there after a leak in our original room, which also had no curtains on its glass roof. The pillows felt like socks stuffed into a bag, and I had the worst sleep for 3 nights. Pool and spa use wasn't included in the price, so we didn't bother. The place was left unlocked overnight. There was no bathroom ventilation, and plaster was peeling off.
