I had to find somewhere else to stay straight away, after leaving the apartment almost as soon as I arrived. It was much smaller than I expected, in a very old building, and smelled strongly of damp and mold. The window opened onto the inside of the building, where construction was underway, rather than letting in fresh air. With my asthma and claustrophobia, the lack of ventilation made me feel unsafe and uncomfortable. I told the property I had to leave immediately and asked for a refund, but got no reply. Customer service offered only a €20 credit that expired that same day, even though I couldn’t stay there at all. It was a stressful, disappointing experience, and I wouldn’t recommend the property.

We were pleased with the shared kitchen. It was well stocked and really useful for us, even though it wasn’t mentioned in the description.
