We spent a lovely few days here and have no complaints. The hotel is just around the corner from the main square and shopping mall, so everything was easy to reach and it was simple to find our way around. The staff were friendly, and our modern, clean room had tea and coffee, a fridge, nice air conditioning, and excellent heaters. It was cleaned daily, with fresh towels and toiletries replenished. Breakfast isn't a full English, but there was toast, Polish sausage, scrambled and boiled eggs, yogurt, fresh fruit, pancakes, and different cakes. Book it, you won't be disappointed.

The staff made us feel welcome and were kind and helpful, and I felt our valuables were safe. Our expectations were surpassed. The rooms were beautiful and clean, and the bed was absolutely enormous. I definitely recommend staying here.

We came home feeling refreshed and are already thinking about another visit. The holiday was wonderful from beginning to end, with a relaxed atmosphere and plenty to enjoy. The setting was beautiful, the accommodation comfortable, and the service friendly and attentive. Breakfast was delicious, the surroundings were stunning, and every detail seemed thoughtfully taken care of. It was a great mix of rest, exploring, and fun. Highly recommend for a memorable, hassle-free break.

We had a lovely weekend, with a comfortable room and friendly, helpful staff. The only issue for me was that there was no English Breakfast Tea at breakfast. I know I wasn't the only one who brought it up with staff that weekend. They said Polish people generally don't drink tea, so they didn't have any. I bought my own at Zabka and solved the problem. I'll definitely come back.
