10/10
We had a wonderful stay at Berbo Amber. The staff were exceptionally kind and professional, always welcoming and ready to help, and everything felt well organized and carefully maintained. The location in central Krakow made it easy to walk to the main sights and enjoy the historic center. Our room was spacious, clean, and well equipped, with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was another highlight, with a nicely presented spread of fresh, good-quality sweet and savory choices. I’d highly recommend it for the central location, comfortable rooms, and excellent service.

The rooms are lovely and furnished with care, breakfast was good, and the staff were great. The hotel is in a superb spot, just a few minutes on foot from the old town. I’d happily stay here again.
