Amber Design Residence

The interior is lovely and made the hotel feel comfortable, and the location near the Old City let me enjoy the historic atmosphere. I especially liked going out to explore Kraków in the evening. The staff were caring, attentive, and kind, and everything was organized without feeling stiff. I had a relaxed, easy stay and would gladly come back. 🍀

We spent three nights here and found it peaceful and quiet at night, even though the main square is only about five minutes away. The location is great, and every staff member was attentive and willing to help. I’d recommend it to anyone staying in Krakow. Thanks to the Amber Design Residence team!

We stayed five days in the Premier one bedroom apartment. The kitchenette was spotless, and the place felt spacious and cozy, with a balcony. There were little vodka shots waiting when we arrived, along with a welcome card in the room. The staff were amazing from the start, replying to our emails before booking and right up to arrival. We couldn’t fault a thing. It’s a hidden gem in the heart of krakow old town, with everywhere we needed no more than a 5-10 minute walk away. We can’t wait to come back. We experienced the -10 snow and ice this time, and next visit we’d like to see it shining in the sun. ✨ 😎

The location felt perfect and safe, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Our room had a kitchenette, so we could prepare some meals easily. The room, reception, stairs, and hallways were all clean. Front desk staff were pleasant to talk to and helped us print some tickets. We’d recommend the place and plan to return.
