Good value for the money, with a nice location. The rooms were clean and a good size for one person, and the shower had great pressure. The beds were comfortable too. I could have used another pillow, but that wasn't a big deal. Breakfast was the main letdown: when I arrived at 8:30, there was hardly anything left, and staff seemed to linger instead of replacing things promptly. I'd still recommend the place.

There are plenty of bakeries and public transport nearby, and the location is easy to find. Our apartment was very small, so it may not suit anyone uncomfortable in tight spaces. It was also really noisy, with everything and everyone audible at any hour. They did provide water, instant coffee and tea.

The small rooms had no fridge or privacy, and the thin curtains were useless. The place smelled old and musty, as if it hadn't been ventilated or properly cleaned in years. Parking was extremely expensive, the walls had no soundproofing, and every movement and conversation carried. It was freezing outside at -4°C, and just one radiator in each room wasn't enough. I booked for nine people. On the phone, I was told that meant three double rooms for two people each, plus a quadruple apartment for one person, which made no sense. The supposed sofa bed was tiny, an odd size and completely uncomfortable, with no sheets or blankets provided. Communication was poor too: the person handling reservations barely answered, and when he did, his information was misleading at best. I was very disappointed by the conditions, basic amenities and comfort for the price. Afterward, they offered to refund part of the booking and address the problems I raised. That's what hosts should do: it shows they care about guests, value feedback and want to satisfy even the most capricious people.

The check-out was 10:30 AM. We were packed and just putting on shoes and jackets when, at 10:33, a female staff member shouted “CHECK OUT! CHECK OUT! CHECK OUT!” outside our door. We said we were coming, but she used her master key to enter the room. What if we had been changing? It felt like a serious invasion of privacy and safety. She then banged loudly on other guests' doors, likely waking people up in a place with no soundproofing. Earlier, we arrived before reception was available and, after some confusion, were told to leave our bags beside the basement toilet. When we came back at 9 PM, the basement door was locked. We hadn't been warned, and had to drag our suitcases up and down the stairs. The room was dirty and things were broken. Towels, sheets and drinking glasses had visible yellow stains. The shower barely trickled, turning what should take 10 minutes into nearly 30. We could hear conversations, footsteps and TVs from other rooms and the hallway. From the luggage mess and stained linens to the hostile check-out, the whole stay was a nightmare. The staff seemed rude and untrained, the place wasn't clean, and guests were treated like a nuisance. Spend a little more and stay elsewhere. Your health and dignity deserve better.
