Aparthotel Premium Halicka 5

Everything was amazing, with no downsides for me. The rooms are modern, nicely equipped, and very clean, and you can park for free in their garage. Communication during booking was quick and great. The old town and the Jewish part of the city, two of Krakow's most visited areas, are only a few minutes away on foot. I highly recommend it.

It’s a nicely renovated place and I’d stay again. The bed might be a little small for two, and a coin laundry would be a useful addition, just a suggestion. In a heatwave, though, it’s not suitable: there’s no air conditioning and it’s right on a train line, so you can’t keep the windows open. The cheap fan wasn’t enough.

The apartment looks just like the photos, with a nice interior and a good location. That’s about all I liked. There was no hot water in the shower in the mornings, and we couldn't find the shampoo that was supposed to be there. When we asked, we were told the shower gel was shampoo too, a 2-in-1, but it really wasn't. The wine glass I took from the shelf was very dirty. Our windows faced the train tracks, so I'm not sure I'd recommend the place. I guess if your expectations aren't too high, you might not complain.

I gave it four stars because the apartment was great, new, and very well located, close to the main amenities. The main square, Kazimiers (the Jewish quarter), and the heroes square are about a 15-minute walk away. We booked for four people. I slept in the excellent bed, while my sons got the terrible sofa bed. We solved that by putting its mattress on the floor. Depending on who you ask, it could be three stars, as my sons had the sofa bed. Apart from that, we had a good experience.
