I stayed for a couple of nights in January 2025 and couldn't find anything to fault. The location made it easy to get around and explore the city, and the staff were lovely and welcoming. Breakfast was amazing, with lots of choice and great gluten-free options, which was a big plus. The price was excellent value too. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and my room was spacious, modern and comfortable. The bathroom had a great shower, and the bed was super comfortable after a long day out. I'd happily stay here again if I came back. Highly recommended!

A standard hotel, but nice for the money. Nothing spectacular, though it's clean, the rooms are a good size, and it has everything you need. The staff are very friendly. It's about a 15-minute walk to the main square.

We had a great stay at Hotel Batory and would definitely come back to Krakow and stay here again. It's a handy location, about a 10-15 minute walk from the main square area. The staff were welcoming and helpful. Our room was lovely and cleaned daily, with fresh towels left for us. It was warm, with complimentary bottled water and tea and coffee facilities. The beds were super comfortable, the shower was hot and powerful, and breakfast had plenty of choice.

June 2025. This is a lovely, informal family hotel for a budget stay. Our room was clean, comfortable and well appointed. We got stuck trying to arrange an Uber large enough for the airport, but the receptionist at the front desk kindly ordered a suitable ride for five people, three checked bags and three carry-ons. Breakfast had a huge spread and was delicious. I can't recommend this little gem enough!

The short walk to the centre and to the Jewish quarter was very handy. Hotel Batory was a delight, with helpful, friendly staff and very clean rooms. Towels and the other things were changed daily. Breakfast was the best we'd had, with such a huge range there was something for even the fussiest person. I'd happily recommend it and would definitely stay again if I returned to Krakow.
