The bathrooms and showers were clean, and having an outlet by the bed was handy. I was in a six-bed room. The beds were just okay, and the free breakfast was small, with cereal, cheese, and tomato, though you could cook for yourself if you wanted. It was my first hostel, and I had a fine experience. I would have stayed for my whole trip in Kraków if I could.

The free breakfast is wonderful, and the staff are nice. The location gets a 10 from me, right in the middle of the main square. There isn't an outlet by every bed, but I was able to charge my phone using another one in the room. This was my second stay at the hostel, and I'd come back for a third.

The huge buffet breakfast was one of the best I've had at a hostel, especially for €10 a night. It's cheap, clean, and right on the main square. The staff don't offer help on their own, but if you ask, there's no problem.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is a 10 out of 10, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and nice. It's a great fit for groups, with good beds, spacious bathrooms, and pleasant shared areas.

The restaurant was almost empty, but when I asked one waiter for a table for two for my daughter and me, I was completely ignored. A second waiter then said the restaurant, which is affiliated with the establishment, was “only for the hotel guests.” The staff's attitude was really bad and rude. I wouldn't even give one star. I think the owner should know that staff are turning customers away. The photo shows the waiter sending us away.
