We ended up sleeping on the sofa because the bed was so uncomfortable: it was two metres up, with only about half a metre between you and the ceiling. The room was also hot, though it cooled down at night so we could open the windows. It was on the fourth floor with no lift. At first glance, the top-floor apartment seemed very nice and cozy, but it wasn't cleaned well. The fridge didn't work, our food was going bad, and nobody came when we contacted the owner. There was no help at all. We were staying five days, couldn't cancel, and felt cheated.

The two young women who ran the downstairs office were a real help. The apartments were nice, and it was a good place to stay all around.

The range hood runs constantly, day and night. With the noise and the feeling of a draft, it was like trying to sleep in a windy place. I've stayed in plenty of apartments and never experienced anything this awful.
