Paula, the Apartment Manager, arranged airport pickup and drop-off and gave us great advice on places to visit and eat. Her personal service made our short family trip for a wedding much more enjoyable. The apartments were well maintained, the location was great, and the wedding was at the beautiful Saint Mary's Basilica Cathedral in Krakow's main square, just a stone's throw away. We highly recommend Crownhill Apartments and would gladly stay again on our next visit. Thank you, Paula.

The apartment was spotless and spacious, with a full kitchen and an endless choice of TV channels. I loved the heated bathroom floor too. Check-in was easy and the staff were helpful, and the location was perfect. It's four floors up with no elevator, but the stairs weren't too bad.

A clean, lovely apartment and definitely good value. Just keep in mind that it isn't suitable if you have trouble with stairs: we were at the very top, around 100 steps up.

The apartment is beautiful and close to everything. There's a tour shop across the road that can arrange all your trips for a very reasonable price. I'd definitely recommend the apartment.
