Hotel Ferreus Modern Art Deco

The spa had a lot to offer, and although the gym was tiny, it was still useful to have. Breakfast had plenty of choices, and our spacious room looked recently renovated, though the mattress wasn’t very comfortable. We stayed three nights in winter and found the location great. We were surprised and unhappy that the hotel took an advance deposit for possible minibar use. Still, we’d recommend the hotel and plan to come back.

The restaurant food was really good, and our room had a nice bathroom, a decent amount of space and a good bed. After three nights, we were happy with our stay and would recommend the hotel. Our only reservations were the breakfast price since we hadn’t booked it when making the reservation, and, if we’re being picky, the breakfast selection. We’d happily return.

Julian, who served us at the bar and as our waiter, was the best. We loved the pool and saunas, and the restaurant food was spectacular. The room was clean and comfortable, with a great shower. A fantastic place to stay.

The Art Deco interiors give the hotel a striking but welcoming feel, and the staff were professional, friendly and ready to help from the moment we arrived. They speak several languages and gave us useful local advice. Hotel Ferreus really delivered for our stay. We found the rooms spacious, beautifully appointed and spotless, as were the spa and shared areas. The buffet breakfast had plenty of fresh, high-quality choices. There’s a gym, Finnish and rose saunas, a steam room, a hydro-massage pool and a sensation shower. The bar and restaurant are stylish, with international food and a broad drinks selection. Guests can also use the private on-site ground parking, which was secure and handy for exploring Kraków by car. It would suit a romantic break, a cultural visit or a special celebration. It feels like more than just somewhere to sleep.
