The apartments were clean and tidy, quiet, and about a 20-minute walk from the old town. I highly recommend them.

The place was clean and pleasant, and the price was reasonable. It's very close to town. We visited Krakow during the pandemic and never saw the owner, but getting in with the automatic key access was easy. The view from the window isn't great, as someone else mentioned, but who comes to Krakow to stay indoors?

The owner was very helpful, and the password entry on the doors felt safe. There was a lift and luggage rooms were available. The apartment worked well for a small family, with one bedroom, a sofa bed, kitchen, and bathroom.

The customer service was some of the worst I've experienced in Europe. The value was awful, and it felt like they just wanted to charge as much as possible. I'll avoid this place next time I'm in Krakow.

At night it can get really noisy. It feels like people are smoking on those tiny balconies every 15 minutes, and the smoke gets everywhere. People also throw trash on the porch instead of putting it in the bins.
