The receptionist was polite, and the hotel is close to the centre and several bus stops. Still, we had a disappointing stay. It was -8° C outside, and cold air came in under the door and around the windows because the insulation wasn't good. The heating couldn't keep the room warm, and there wasn't enough hot water for a shower. We wouldn't choose this hotel again or recommend it for another vacation in Kraków.

Krysia at reception was so friendly and helpful, and getting a taxi right outside was easy. The guest house is close to everything. I'd stay here again when I return to Kraków, and I certainly will.

I was really happy with my stay at Globtroter. The staff were kind, and it was easy to get to all the main places around Kraków. A lovely place.

We've been back several times because the rooms are warm and comfortable for the price, and the location is great. The staff are brilliant too. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in krakow now!

A quaint hotel with an old-school feel. They were quick to help me with my luggage, and I had a lovely stay. Thank you.
