Aparthotel Globus

We got the triple room we needed, and it was spacious, clean, tidy, and had its own bathroom. The hotel was great value and in a good spot, fairly close to Krakow's main square. There are trams outside, which is handy, though a bit noisy through no fault of the hotel. A shop is next door and there's a bar downstairs.

The location is excellent, and the bathroom looks brand new with a really nice finish. The accommodation itself was average, though. We also had to find a sister hotel to check in, then walk back to the apartment.

The location was good, but the trams outside were loud all night. The Wi-Fi worked on the first day and then stopped. I called several times and was promised it would be fixed, but nobody came. Very disappointing. I wouldn't stay again.

The location is great, and the rooms work for groups who aren't too concerned about comfort. Just be aware it's noisy around here at all hours, so it's worth thinking about if you need quiet to sleep. The beds are like big soufflés, quite comfortable unless you have disc problems, in which case you may wake up in pain. The soap was awful, didn't lather, and left my dry, flaky skin really irritated. It wasn't scented, either. And the toilet paper felt like sandpaper. There's no mirror in the main room, which is a nightmare when a group of women are getting ready. Maybe it suits people with super oily skin, lol.
