The food was a highlight. Breakfast had a huge range of high quality Polish dishes, plus choices for other cultures, and it was delicious. Dinner was just as gorgeous, tasty and nicely presented, though we only ate there one of our six evenings, so I can't fully judge it. Big compliments to both the breakfast and evening chefs. Staff were welcoming, and Igor behind the bar deserves a special mention for fantastic service. He's a real asset to the hotel. The room was spacious, with a comfortable bed, a modern spotless bathroom, lots of storage and a decent mini fridge. Complimentary morning tea and coffee were a welcome bonus. Having worked in hospitality myself, I found this hotel a breath of fresh air in the heart of Kraków. I wholeheartedly recommend it.

Breakfast was included, with a great selection each morning and something for everyone. We didn't try the evening restaurant, but hope to next time. The bar was comfortable, with welcoming staff. Everyone at the hotel was friendly and helpful, always greeting us, and the whole place was spotless. Our room was beautiful and spacious, with a comfortable bed, a pillow menu, a large fridge and a modern bathroom, all finished to a high standard. The location is excellent, a short walk from the main square, wavel castle and Jewish quater, with plenty of nearby food options. We had a lovely short break and would highly recommend The Grand Ascot hotel to family and friends. We'll definitely stay again when we visit Krakow.

The staff were the highlight, friendly, welcoming and always ready to help. We had an early start for our Auschwitz tour, before breakfast began, so they thoughtfully put together a takeaway breakfast for us. We really appreciated that. Grand Ascot Hotel is modern and very clean, with stylish rooms and a comfortable feel throughout. Great location and spotless rooms too. We'd definitely stay again when we're in Krakow.

We got to the hotel around 8 in the morning, well before check-in, but the welcoming reception staff gave us a room without any fuss. It was spacious, clean and well furnished, with a comfortable bed and Smart TV with entertainment programs. The water dispenser on the floor was much appreciated, as was the thermos among the room amenities. Breakfast had a wide selection and excellent quality products. The hotel is in a great spot near central Kraków. Definitely recommend it.

It's conveniently close to the city center, and the room was spacious, cozy and very comfortable. The staff were welcoming and friendly, and breakfast was really good. One of the best hotels I've stayed in, and I'd definitely recommend it to anyone visiting.
