The hosts were fantastic and arranged airport transfers and excursions for us. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and just a short walk from the beautiful Old Town. Its equipment was basic but enough for self-catering. We’d happily return and recommend it to others coming to Krakow. 5*

Despite facing the street, the apartment was quiet, with a comfortable bed and lovely pillows. It was beautifully decorated and one of the loveliest places I’ve stayed. Everything was impeccably clean and well catered for, with a welcome package in the fridge. The hosts were friendly. It’s a short walk to the Old Town, the Castle, and the Jewish quarters. Highly recommend!

The front desk gentleman with curly hair was fantastic, and Maciek, the manager, was excellent on the phone too, though I didn’t meet him in person. The customer service was great, and I had an excellent stay. I’d recommend this place to anyone and will come back on my next trip to Krakow.

Maciej, the host, is a wonderful person, and the place is near the city centre, with a 24/7 supermarket about 100m away. I felt at home, even better than in my own house. It was very comfortable and had everything I needed: washing machine, cooker, oven, microwave, big TV, satellite decoder, hair dryer, and a good heating system that was especially useful in winter. Two small things: it can be very warm when you arrive, but you can adjust the temperature. Also, there may be too many perfumes for some people, while others might like them.

I thought parking might be a problem, but it wasn’t, and it’s easy to get around from here. Street parking costs around 12 Zly for 3 hours between 10:00-20:00, then 3 Zly for each extra hour. The studio is very nice, with good standard fittings, and the location right by the Old Town is superb. I’d highly recommend it.
