The accommodation was good, though getting an invoice was a bit of a problem.

Our reservation was canceled on Krakow's busiest weekend because the host hadn't seen our deposit payment. We lost our festival tickets, worth 460 PLN, and he didn't even try to find another solution. I don't recommend this place.

I recommend these apartments to everyone. They’re the best in Krakow, with great apartments, staff who communicate well, and rentals that are always ready on time.

The rooms are lovely and Wawel Castle is close, plus there’s an elevator. Evenings can be noisy because of the street, and the surrounding area leaves a lot to be desired.
