Hostel Euro-Room

For the price, I thought it was good value. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and private, and the kitchen stayed open 24 hours with microwaves, a coffee maker, fridges, plates, and other basics. Just be aware it's on the third or fourth floor with no elevator, and the sound insulation isn't very good.

The room was clean and had its own bathroom with a shower, and they provided free towels. We spent three nights in Krakow and had a great time. The staff were super friendly, and the location right by the Main Square was very good. Best hostel I've stayed in, and I'd happily choose Euro-Room Hostel again. :D

The location was good, but just an hour after we arrived, water started flooding out of the bath. We spent two hours scooping it up so it wouldn't spread into the rooms. When the hostess came, we were charged 20 zlotys for the time we'd lost and moved to two different rooms in another house, even though there were five of us. That didn't seem very fair to me. We'd originally been in a five-bed room that was an apartment in a residential building.

The room was clean, warm, and had an ensuite. It's on the third floor and easy to find, with a good spot in the town centre, about 15 minutes from the main square. They got us into the room quickly.
