They’ve rebranded the place as the Girls Hostel, which is now obviously for females only. The manager is still the same unfriendly woman mentioned in several negative reviews. That’s also why the place was rebranded. Read the negative reviews for both this place and the Girls Hostel, and stay away from both.

The location is super convenient, about a 5-minute walk to both the old town and train station. The rooms are comfortable, though the heater sometimes doesn’t work. There are two shared bathrooms, a washing machine, and a shared kitchen with a microwave. No cooking, though...

It’s easy to get around from here: the Rynek, Wawel castle, several museums, the tramway, and the main bus-train station are all very close. The staff were kind and nice, and the price felt fair for what you get. There’s a small kitchen where you can have coffee or tea, but no dining or living room.

Friends, I absolutely can’t recommend this horrible place. The staff systematically lied, the service was very poor, and my stay left me with a deeply unpleasant impression. A hostel employee told me, “I’m sorry that you Jews were not destroyed during the Second World War.” My lawyer is going to apply to the court. Please boycott this hostel, and thank you for your attention.
