I have asthma and there was no way I could stay in the room they gave us. It smelled strongly of smoke, the sheets smelled too, and the windows had been left open even though it was below freezing. My clothes were disgusting just from touching the bedding, which became even clearer after we checked into another hotel. The hotel was fully booked and made no effort to help, so we had to move elsewhere. They kept saying smoking isn't allowed in the rooms, but someone had clearly smoked there, and they seemed to be desperately trying to clear the air before we arrived. We never asked to cancel. They failed to provide the service we'd booked, yet still charged the full price and didn't refund us. This was the worst service I've ever seen. Shame on them.

The hotel felt fresh and modern, with an outstanding breakfast. It's just over a kilometre from the Old Town and surrounded by excellent restaurants and bars. I'd gladly come back and highly recommend it to visitors.

We had a very good stay and wouldn't hesitate to use this hotel again. The room was spacious, warm and very clean, and the location was good.

The rooms were spacious and well equipped, and I'd recommend the breakfast downstairs. The staff were competent and pleasant; the receptionist was especially kind and accommodating when we had issues, and spoke great English. I'd stay again for sure.

The room was clean and great, and the staff were lovely. It's well placed for the Kazimierz district and only a short walk from the Old Town. The beds were a little soft, but otherwise all good.
