The breakfast was disappointing: very little choice, poor quality, and the cheese and sausages had no taste at all. There wasn’t even a dessert option. As someone with lactose intolerance, I also expected non-allergenic products to be available. The photos make the rooms look really big, but they aren’t like that in reality. There’s hardly enough space for large suitcases, and the bathroom had no shampoo or shower gel. The hotel’s advert is fake.

The room description mentioned a fan, but there wasn’t one on our first night. The receptionist said the manager would be in by 8 am to sort out the problem, after I contacted Booking.com for help. When I spoke with the manager the next day, they said that running the air con for an hour would make the room cool. I left it on all day, but there was no cool air and the room stayed hot. I booked specifically because air conditioning was listed as a feature. Instead, there was only a thermostat for central heating, and the room was 28°C, like an oven. I’ve asked for a refund and escalated the issue to Booking.com. I’ve never had room amenities misrepresented so blatantly, and both the receptionist and manager misled us. If they insist the room has air conditioning, I challenge them to provide an installation certificate to prove it. Total scam. False advertising. Stay away.

It’s an okay hotel, nothing special. What bothered me most was that there was no shampoo or shower gel in the room. I asked reception, but they said they didn’t have any. I wouldn’t normally mind buying some at a supermarket, but I arrived on May 1st, a holiday when all the supermarkets were closed. How can a 3-star hotel not have shampoo?

Working with P. Malow.. on the hotel’s website was the worst collaboration I’ve had. I found the staff very rude and wouldn’t recommend them.
