The gym was free to use, with two treadmills, an elliptical, a stationary bike and a multifunction machine. I hadn’t expected a hotel gym, though a reclining bench and some dumbbells would be useful additions. We also booked the sauna, and it was already warm when our time started. At 100 PLN an hour, it seemed a bit expensive; a lower price might get more guests to use it. Our room was very comfortable and especially spacious, probably because it was adapted for guests with disabilities. The carpet made it feel cozy, but it’s a little harder to feel sure about cleanliness with carpet, which is understandable since it takes more work to maintain. The staff were kind and welcoming, as were Polish people generally. We had a great time in Kraków.

We appreciated being able to leave the car at the hotel after checkout and spend more time in Krakow. Parking was free, and a tram stop was a five-minute walk away, with an easy ride to the main square. The airport was about a 20-minute drive. Breakfast was very good, and the service was top-notch, especially Mark on the night shift, who made us feel very welcome. The kids had a sofa bed in the quad room instead of two separate beds, and the room ran a little warm. Neither was a major issue, though it may matter if you’re a light sleeper or like a cooler room. It’s an excellent upscale hotel, and we’d recommend it.

Dinner stood out, with dishes that were flavorful and beautifully presented, almost Michelin-level. Breakfast was delicious too, and the rooms were spacious. The main drawback was that the walls are thin, so you can sometimes hear people in neighboring rooms. The hotel is in an excellent spot. From the "Bratislawska" tram stop, lines 3 or 18 get you to the city center in about 15 minutes.

The staff were helpful and friendly, and the rooms were well appointed. Tram stops and a supermarket are just steps away. You may hear trains now and then, but I only noticed the noise when the windows were open.

Breakfast was delicious, with fresh products, and the staff were very friendly. The hotel and room were spotlessly clean. Parking on the grounds was convenient, well lit and under video surveillance. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Krakow.
