We couldn’t fault this gorgeous hotel. It was very clean, the staff were friendly, and breakfast was great. The main square was an easy walk away.

Breakfast was delicious each day, with dishes made to order as well as a buffet. The blonde woman serving breakfast was especially kind. When she learned I’m allergic to cinnamon and had accidentally tried pancakes that contained it, though the ingredient wasn’t listed, she kept checking that I was okay and helped me feel safe. I really appreciated her care ❤️ Our room was clean, a good size and really nice, with a super comfortable bed. The location worked perfectly for us, with all the main places close enough to walk to. We had a great stay and would happily come back 🌟

We were impressed by the breakfast menu, and the food was excellent. Everyone on staff was friendly and happy to help. The rooms were a good size, well appointed and had windows that opened. It’s a lovely little hotel in a fairly quiet area, close to the center. The main square is about a five-minute walk away. I’d recommend it and will stay here next time 🙂

The hotel was clean and nice, with beautiful rooms and helpful, pleasant service. I enjoyed walking up the stairs, and there’s an elevator too. It’s close to Krakow's old market square. I recommend it.

The beds were quite narrow, though comfortable. The rooms were very spacious and clean, and the bathroom had plenty of room with a lovely shower. There were sweets left on the table and a very sweet welcome letter.
