The small balcony had a nice view, and the room was extremely comfortable. Everything seemed brand new, and the reception team were very friendly. We had a really pleasant stay in Kraków and would gladly recommend the hotel.

The cleaning team deserves a special mention. They work every day, are always smiling, very polite, and clearly know their job. The service here is really good. ♥️♥️♥️

The location was just right, close to the city centre and surrounded by restaurants and bars. The beds were comfortable, and reception service was attentive. I thought the hotel was great and will certainly return.
