The air conditioning was the one thing that kept this from being perfect. It made the room really cold during a spell of bad weather, and I couldn't turn it off without taking out the key card and leaving the room in darkness. I told the staff after the first night and still lost sleep over it. Even so, I'd book here again. The hotel was very clean, the service was excellent, and the location was great. They also had thoughtful extras, like daily water refills and L'Occitane toiletries.

We had a fantastic time and I'll definitely come back. The staff went out of their way to help us, and the hotel was a lovely place to relax while still being a short walk from the centre. Our room was spacious and spectacular, with stunning views and a super comfortable bed. I really can't fault it.

Breakfast didn't fit our plans since we had early tours on both mornings, so we skipped it. The location worked perfectly for exploring, and the hotel itself was fantastic. Our gorgeous room was modern and super clean, and the staff were polite and very helpful. I'd definitely recommend this hidden gem.

The staff were exceptional, and the rooms had plenty of space with everything we needed. It's right in the centre, too. I'd strongly recommend this hotel for a Krakow visit.

We had a wonderful stay. The breakfast was superb, and the staff were attentive and so helpful. Our room was roomy, modern, and quiet. The hotel has been renovated beautifully while keeping much of its lovely old brickwork on show inside. It's only a five-minute walk from the main square in Krakow's old town. Highly recommend it.
