Ibis Styles Kraków East

The best IBIS hotel, in the worst location... I've stayed at other Ibis hotels around Krakow, but this one is by far the most comfortable. Rooms are spacious and well equipped, with modern décor, and the common areas feel cozy. Breakfast is excellent too, with plenty of local dishes and fresh flavors. A really good meal!

I spent two nights in room 107 and couldn't sleep either night. I arrived exhausted and asked for a quiet room so I could rest, but got one on the first floor, right above the main entrance. On the first night, a group stood outside talking loudly until 1 a.m., and I had to go down and ask them to stop. I also emailed reception that night to request another room. The second night, people from the hotel restaurant were drunk and shouting until 2 a.m. Reception had said they'd move me, but when I got back from the office exhausted the next day, they said they'd forgotten and the hotel was now fully booked. On my first night, they had also told me there were no rooms available, which I don't believe was true. The staff didn't really help, and they broke their promise. This was the worst hotel experience I've ever had.

The lobby seating area has plenty of options for sitting, working, talking, or reading. Rooms are new, spacious, and have all the little amenities you might need, and the AC works well. Check-in was very uncomplicated, and breakfast was a great buffet. Prices are good if you book in advance. Fantastic hotel to stay in the area!

A little lake right in front gives you a lovely view of the greenery, and it's pleasant to walk around the area. The hotel is quiet and modern, with no noise at all. The staff are caring and helpful. Thank you for everything, Dziękuję!
