The location was confusing and hard to find, which made arriving more stressful. I also ended up in a different apartment from the one I meant to book, since it wasn't clear which specific unit I'd be assigned. Nearly 1,000 PLN felt far too much for the standard and experience. Being charged an extra 50 PLN to check in less than an hour early seemed unreasonable too. My stay in Kraków at the Jacuzzi apartment was disappointing, and I wouldn't choose it again.

The host's kindness and attention to detail made our trip. She replied quickly and went out of her way to keep us comfortable, even late in the evening. We were generously moved to an upgraded apartment, which was lovely, and later given the option to stay there for the rest of our trip. The apartment was clean and comfortable, in a great location. We had a wonderful stay in Krakow and would definitely return. Highly recommended!

Lovely room and a great jacuzzi. The Airbnb is in an excellent spot, just a moment's walk from a tram stop, close to a Zabka, and near the train station. Definitely recommend it.

The owner was understanding, and the peaceful location made it good value for money. Breakfast was good too. There was a washing machine in the room, along with basic kitchen amenities, plus a balcony with a garden view.

We loved the Jacuzzi and outdoor terrace, and the apartment had beautiful décor. Fabulous place in a brilliant location for our weekend break in Krakow.
