The breakfast buffet had a huge range of choices, and the staff were lovely and very professional. This was my second visit in ten years, this time for my birthday, so I booked the Superior room. It didn’t cost much more and turned out to be enormous and well equipped. There were floor-to-ceiling windows across the room, plus three skylights, all with blackout blinds. The views over Kraków were beautiful. The room was cleaned every day and fresh towels were left, though we hadn’t asked for them. The bed was very comfortable, with two separate quilts and a huge throw. There was also a big TV with Netflix and Prime in English. A++++ place, and I’d stay again and again. It gives you what you need.

The pillows were the best, and the room stayed quiet even though the hotel is right by the Main Street. Breakfast was fresh and felt lovingly prepared. The location just off the Main Street is so convenient for everything. I enjoyed my stay and will book again on my next visit to Krakow. Highly recommend.

Just got back after five nights at Hotel Jan, and I couldn’t fault it. The Square is only steps away, and the rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious. I’d definitely choose this hotel again if I come back 😊

We booked at the last minute and didn’t arrive until around midnight, but the reception staff welcomed us warmly. Kamil was especially nice. Our room was spacious, very clean, well equipped and comfortable, and the hotel is close to the city centre square. I definitely recommend it.

Booked this for my mom, and it was an excellent choice for a visit to Krakow. The Old Town location is perfect. The room was clean and roomy with a comfy bed, breakfast was very nice, and the employees were friendly and helpful.
