I found it at a better price than most places, and it served as somewhere to sleep. The location was very good, but the room was extremely small and basic, with no room to open a bag on the floor. The air conditioning never came on, even after I tried every way of closing the windows, though I was told it only works with them shut. The bathroom wasn’t very clean, with stains and dirt on the toilet seat, and the shower handle came right off when I tried to adjust the temperature.

The centre is close, but nights are quiet, and the “night city” is still only three minutes away. Rooms were clean, and breakfast was tasty and original. Checkout until 11 am is a great idea. Best place to stay in Kraków.

The owners even left a straightener and curler in the cupboard, which was such a smart touch. The bed was comfortable, the location amazing, and everything we might need was there. We had a really good stay and will come back. Thanks again.

The owners were so charming and kept checking that we were all right. We missed breakfast on the first day because we had to leave very early for Auschwitch, and they wrote to let us know about breakfast. We had an excellent one the following day. The location in the jewish neighbourhood is excellent too. Absolutely recommended.

Rooms were cosy and very neat, though on the small side, and comfortable. The location is great, with the guided tours starter point and some good restaurants right on the same square.
