Komorowski Luxury Guest Rooms

We booked because of the baths, and those were nice, but the bathroom setup really spoiled the stay for me. There wasn't a proper bathroom: the glass partition didn't offer much privacy, and the floor had awful toe-stubbing creaks. The bathroom door opened toward the hall, so if someone opened it while you were on the toilet, you'd basically be on display. Reception was tiny and closed most of the time. Based on the bathroom situation, I wouldn't recommend this accommodation.

The breakfast brought right to bed was such a treat, and the reception staff were kind and helpful. We had a lovely time, and I'd recommend the Romantic Package Deluxe! ❤ Couples looking for a place in central Krakow should take a look. The room was tastefully furnished, air-conditioned, and had comfortable beds. Its bathroom Jacuzzi was a real highlight, with one TV facing the bed and another facing the tub. The room was cleaned nicely too. 😍 😊

Three days before check-in, after years of waiting, we got a call from the adoption agency saying we'd been matched with a baby. This was completely unexpected when we booked, so we immediately contacted Booking and the hotel to ask to cancel. They refused both a full and a partial refund, pointing to the reservation's non-refundable terms. We understand the general conditions, but hoped they'd show some compassion in these circumstances. It felt like they cared only about the money and not their guests.

I loved seeing how the historic building's old wooden stairs and doors sit alongside the modern hotel room interiors. It must be a protected building, so there are limits on what can be changed, but you wouldn't really know it. I'd happily recommend staying a few nights and paying extra for the romantic package. The price felt justified: the room had two Samsung TVs, one in the bedroom and one in the bathroom, both with Netflix, plus a spa bath, blackout curtains, a very comfortable bed, and lovely furniture. The location was perfect, and breakfast was really nice too.
