We stayed in deluxe apartment number #1 for a month and paid over 1500$. The name sounds nice, but the sheets, equipment, and furniture were all very old, and the repairs had clearly been done a long time ago. Some plates were broken. The bathroom door felt like paper and had to be opened very carefully so it wouldn't break. Water in the shower drain was always stuck, and the toilet smelled of sewage. The shower drain was disgusting, with what looked like hair from previous visitors. The apartment had never been properly cleaned, and under the bed was extremely dirty. The hall, yard, and bins were always dirty, with the bins full of rubbish all the time. On this street, the other houses had very clean yards and bins, but this house's bins were overflowing 24/7. Guests are told to be quiet and not party, yet every morning a woman who works there, named Magdalena, would speak very loudly with visitors in the hall instead of inviting them into her office. She was so rude and unfriendly, never saying hello or asking if everything was okay. She only seemed interested in getting money. If you asked her for something included in the price, she'd try her best to say no, though that didn't work with us. My boyfriend came to visit for two nights during a public holiday in Poland, when there was no one at the hotel to tell us what to do. When Magdalena arrived, we paid for him. But later, when I left the apartment for a week, they saw my friend there with a child and my dog, then started sending threatening messages that they'd cancel our stay. Do you know when they cleaned the yard? After I replied to those threats with complaints. We stayed for a month and I have never encountered such rude treatment of guests. The owner doesn't invest in improving the place, just collects money.

The area is quiet, and there's a supermarket two seconds away with everything you might need. Once you know the quick route, it's only 10 mins from the old town. Communication was excellent, with the key code and check-out procedure clearly explained. This is the best place I've stayed in Europe this year. I'll definitely use it again and tell my friends.
