Our apartment wasn't the most modern, but the built-in kitchen was a big help with my partner's dietary restrictions. It was also quiet, set back from the main street. Krakow City Apartments arranged an airport taxi for us, which was useful since we're not local. The photo shows the place at the end of our four-day trip, before we tidied up to leave.

We booked through booking, and the owner got back to us quickly with all the information. The apartment was pretty good, and they had left tea, coffee, and sugar for us. A nice little bonus 😉
10/10
It was quiet, and the beds were comfortable. There was a lounge with a sofa and TV, plus a small kitchen with the basics, though we ate out and didn't use it. The shower room was good, and it was a short walk to the main square. A little place three doors down had lovely breakfast, coffee, cakes and more. It's handy for the train station if you're making your own way. The price was reasonable, and the English-speaking receptionist arranged both taxi transfers and a trip to Auschwitz. We stayed in November and would definitely come back.

The staff were really friendly and can arrange excursions if you need them. The apartment was nice and well maintained, close to the town center, and worked well for us since we needed a couple of rooms rather than one twin room in a hotel. I did notice dust and cobwebs in a few spots, though, and there was no tea or coffee provided.

A clean, very nice place in a historic building in the city center. Just be prepared to climb to the third floor since there's no elevator. The ceilings are about 4.5 m high, too.
