The location was great, and the place was nice and clean. The inside of the building is a little run down, but it wasn’t really a problem.

My girlfriend and I spent our anniversary here. It’s a really great place to stay in Krakow.

The flat was small but warm, and the window view was nice.

We arrived at 1 a.m., saw the state of the apartment, and checked out straight away, leaving the keys where indicated. We told Booking.com support at 10:12 a.m. The owner only refunded us after 60 hours and dozens of messages, despite us contacting Booking.com and meeting all the requirements. Trying to get a refund was a problem, with the owner setting her own terms. The property was so dirty it shouldn’t be rented out. There were cobwebs, bugs, and spiders on the walls, stains on the beds, and dust everywhere. It wasn’t suitable for an overnight stay. Our family trip to Krakow was ruined. I strongly advise against it!
