The breakfast kept running short of bread and other food, and the coffee was too hot and tasted burnt. The beds and pillows felt very cheap, and there’s no AC in the rooms. I was very disappointed with this so-called 3-star hotel and definitely wouldn’t recommend it.

The restaurant was a highlight: its dumplings were the best, and the food quality beat the tourist restaurants in the old town. There was also a great breakfast and a restaurant open inside the hotel. Our room was cozy and cleaned spotless every day. We had free parking in the courtyard. Getting to the city centre was easy, with a good connection: 15 minutes by train for 1 euro, or 20 minutes by tram, with at least 4 lines available.

The staff were kind and helpful, and the room was clean and beautiful, with everything we needed: a big comfortable bed, small fridge, balcony and large bathroom. There was even a coffee machine with capsules and a kettle with 3 types of tea. Breakfast was great and had everything you’d expect. The hotel is around 5 km from the centre of Krakow, but the tram stop nearby gets you into the centre in 10 minutes. I really recommend it.

We left the car at the hotel and took the tram into town, the stop is close by and the ride to the center takes about 15 minutes. There was plenty of parking. The room felt cozy, with enough storage and a fairly large bathroom. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff were friendly.

The hotel is farther from the city center, but I’d still choose it again next time. Inside, it was surprisingly beautiful and clean, and our room was in great shape with a smart TV for watching things like YouTube. The receptionist was pleasant and professional, and check-in and checkout were hassle-free. Breakfast was a little modest, probably because the hotel is small, but the coffee was very good. I also liked being able to eat outside.
