Metropolitan Boutique Hotel

We loved the reusable water bottles and filling stations, and the staff were great. When there was an issue with our room, they switched us right away. They also offered checkout at 1pm, which was a big help with our late flight. The restaurant was great, and we ate there a few times. Some of the best food we had in Krakow. Breakfast was good apart from the lack of beans and the fried eggs being hard sometimes. Our room was comfortable and a good size, and the bathroom had a good shower. The hotel suited our four-night stay well. It’s opposite a supermarket and across the road from the Jewish quarter, with lots of bars, restaurants and food vendors. We preferred that area to the town square for its atmosphere, lower prices and smaller crowds. I’d definitely recommend the hotel.

We stayed in a superior room, and it was looked after well each day. The traditional continental breakfast was excellent and there was plenty of it. The location is cracking and the staff were very attentive. We took a very reasonably priced Uber from the airport, and the train station is only minutes away. I’ll definitely be back.

For my first visit to Krakow, this was a lovely hotel. It’s tastefully done, and everything felt quiet and calm. Every member of staff was polite, friendly and efficient. The rooms were lovely and large, breakfast was nice, and prices were reasonable. It’s close to the train station, with lots of UBER options nearby. It was about 60zl to the unmissable salt mines, roughly the same as the airport. The Jewish quarter is close, and the old town is a 15-20 minute walk. Krakow is a lovely city and well worth visiting.

The hotel is rated four star but felt like five. It was plush, spacious, very clean and tidy, and our room was lovely with a heated bathroom floor. Staff were amazing and always welcoming. Daniela on reception deserves a special shout out. The old town is 15 minutes away on foot or five minutes by taxi, and having a supermarket across the road was useful. Highly recommend.
