We came with a group of more than 90 people, children and adults, and the stay went smoothly. Arranging rooms for a group that size can be hard, but the team did an excellent job organizing everything. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the food was consistently good. Sorry if we were sometimes a bit noisy, with so many energetic children it can happen. It was a great experience, and we’d definitely recommend the hotel to large groups. Thanks again for the hospitality!

The room was exceptionally clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Housekeeping came daily to clean and change the towels, and the hotel was quiet and clean. Breakfast had lots of options, tasted delicious and was worth the price. The staff were friendly, nice and professional. They even let me check out later than scheduled, so I had plenty of time to get to the airport comfortably for my flight. I loved my stay, they made my trip to Krakow the best experience. I’d definitely recommend the hotel and would happily return.

I’ve stayed here four times in three months, and it’s been worth it every time. I’m in love with this hotel, truly one of the best outside old town Kraków, maybe the best in Kraków. The service and hospitality are superb, the food is magnificent and delectable, and the whole building is cleaner than its competitors. Bravo for winning my heart. I’ll be staying with you again soon!

The rooms are modern and clean, breakfast was delicious, and the cleaning staff are amazing. The hotel is great, except you can’t open the windows fully. That makes the room hot at night and you wake up sweating, which is really unpleasant.
