The location was very good, the stay was comfortable, and parking was included. The living room floor was unacceptably dirty. Luckily, there was a hoover.

I stayed here last month and regretted it right away. The apartment felt neglected, with dust and stains everywhere. Management took ages to respond to my concerns and made excuses. They also refused even a partial refund when I had a documented family crisis. That was particularly low.

Everything was in tip-top condition, and the apartment was clean and well equipped in the heart of the city. The customer service was professional too. I recommend it, and I’ll always use this place for business guests in Krakow.
