The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the whole place felt welcoming. Service was excellent, and I had a wonderful stay. Special thanks to Dasha, who was kind, helpful and professional. Her attention to detail and warm smile really made a difference. Thanks, Dasha, for such a lovely experience. I'd happily recommend the hotel.

The apartment didn't look like the photos in practice. It was dirty and poorly maintained, and whenever I asked for help, the replies were unprofessional.

The owners were lovely, committed and always ready to help. The apartment itself is beautiful and right in the center of Krakow. I wholeheartedly recommend it! ❤️
