We had to find another hotel as soon as we arrived because the building and its surroundings made us feel unsafe and uncomfortable. I was there with children, who were afraid, and I didn't feel safe as a woman either. The photos gave a very different impression: the building looked abandoned, neglected, dirty, and chaotic, with scattered objects and people behaving strangely. If the listing had shown the actual condition of the building and immediate area, we wouldn't have stayed. It's important for an offer to show the surroundings as well as the apartment, especially for families with children. The apartment itself was fine, clean, equipped well, and as described. I contacted reception and was told everything was fine, the photos matched the building, and nothing could be done. But after I reported the issue to booking, the receptionist suddenly tried to resolve it. The whole situation was a huge disappointment.

Inside, the apartment was clean, comfortable, quiet, and had everything we needed. It matched the photos and was in a great location. The terrace was unusable because it was dirty and unfinished. At night, the stretch between the first door and the patio with the second door was completely dark, and the entrance was dirty and neglected. The second door was hard to open. Some radiators made constant noise as hot water circulated, and the bedroom radiator didn't work.
