Nh Hostel

For what I paid, I was very happy with the stay. We had a private room and shared bathrooms. The only unpleasant things were a dirty spot on the blanket, which looked and smelled washed otherwise, and people leaving the bathroom messy. Quite often someone had peed on the seat or splashed water everywhere.

The low price is the hostel's biggest advantage, and the value for money seemed fair. It's clean and works well for a few days visiting Krakow on a small budget. There's a kitchen, which can save money if you'd rather not eat at restaurants. It's best for a larger group that doesn't need to share bedrooms, though you do share the kitchen. That was fine for us, and the other people we met were nice. The bathrooms weren't quite what you'd expect, but we managed to use them, so I guess they were okay. We had a great picnic in the green area by the building, and nobody minded us using it. Without a car, getting around to visit places takes a while, but there's a lot to see on the walk.

Guests can wash clothes for free through the arrangement with Hotel Felix down the street. The accommodations are clean, and the neighborhood northeast of the city is quiet. I recommend the place. Keep in mind that the hostel is on the top three levels of the building and there's no elevator, just stairs, so it won't work well for wheelchair users or anyone with mobility issues.

A really cool place for a trip to Krakow if you don't need somewhere fancy. The bed was comfortable, check-in and check-out were easy, and there was hot water in the shower and towels. I didn't try breakfast this time, but I definitely will next time.
